Jeju is a beautiful island in South Korea, named one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Sometimes, it is called "Sam-Da-Do". This symbolizes how the island is bountiful in three things: "Dohl" (stone), "Ba-ram" (wind), and "Yeo-ja" (women). It was the destination that awaited me at the end of my first ever flight. I immediately fell in love with Jeju and still remember its beauty, especially the yellow fields, green mountains, and the emerald sea. I am always reminded of my first ever trip when I hear the word Jeju. So, then, why am I sharing this story?
We at Jejes Coffee Roasters have taken another step to finally expand our coffee business into a long-awaited coffee shop. It is our own new beginning, just as my Jeju trip was a new beginning. We're a little nervous - who wouldn't be - but we're also very excited and looking forward to serving everyone. This blend is created by recollecting old memories and envisioning our new future, embodying the taste of milk chocolate, green apple, and jasmine in a cup of coffee.
