BREWING METHODS
Jejes Coffee is versatile and good for any coffee-making method, but we specifically recommend the following methods:
Pour-over, Espresso, Auto-drip (Coffee Maker), French Press

2 tablespoons, 12g, 0.5oz per 1 cup (8oz)
Dohl is the Korean word for rock. It is part of the original name of Dokdo (one of our other beans), Dohl-seom, and it is what makes up Jeju Island. Rocks make up the foundation and cornerstone of any building, regardless of what it is (After all, even Jesus said that you build a foundation out of rock, not out of sand).
Building a solid foundation for any establishment, such as a business, is crucial to its success, just like building a house on a solid foundation is critical for a house to remain standing. Likewise, a cornerstone can also be symbolic - a product that puts a business on the map, a service that is essential to the running of the company, et cetera. That's why we decided to name our new coffee bean Dohl, to symbolize three things:
- It is our first dedicated organic espresso blend to be used in our new shop.
- It is the most foundational of all the blends used in a coffee shop.
- It is the first 100% fair trade organic espresso blend to be sold at Jejes Coffee.
With an almond and milk chocolate flavor, and some grape and dark cherry mixed in this blend, you'll be surprised that while being the most foundational espresso, it's packing its own surprises and deliciousness within.
