OUR ORIGINS

Specialty Coffee for All

Our business was founded in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are always set on one goal: to provide specialty coffee to all people, regardless of their differing tastes and preferences, in challenging times.


Our head roaster, Sunny, learned how to make specialty coffee in Korea when the term specialty coffee was relatively obscure and unknown. She discovered her passion for the craft and continued roasting coffee for family and friends before starting Jejes Coffee. 


We created our business on three principles: providing fresh, delicious specialty coffee; catering to everyone's tastes and preferences; and serving our community. These three principles guide our business and are perfectly summarized in our motto, "specialty coffee for all." 


Today, we roast many different blends and single origins, striving to be that fresh, delicious coffee roastery everyone can enjoy and appreciate. We hope that our coffee will have you coming back more time and time again. Enjoy!

 

ROASTING SCHEDULE

For this week: TUESDAY and THURSDAY

We usually roast two or three days a week. Please check our schedule and place your order at least one day (by 9 PM EST) before our roasting days to receive the freshest beans!

* Why don't we keep our coffee beans in stock? 

We strive to give our customers only the freshest coffee beans. If we kept our coffee in stock, it wouldn't be fresh anymore.


* If the number of received orders exceeds capacity, we will process what we can and finish the rest on our next roasting day.
